- Galleries are set not to be indexed by search engines. Anyone with the QR or link can view an unlocked gallery, and links can be forwarded.
- Managed by your account
- Adding, arranging or removing memories requires the account that activated the pin.

How do I add my memories?
Scan the pin’s QR code, activate it with your account and upload your photos and videos. The account that first activates the QR manages its gallery.
Can I give a pin as a gift?
Yes. Give the unused pin to its recipient so they can activate it with their own account and add their memories. Keep an unclaimed QR secure until then.
Do viewers need an account?
No. Anyone with the QR code or gallery link can view an unlocked gallery without signing in. Only the account that activated the pin can manage its memories.
Is there an ongoing subscription?
Your QR includes 10 memories and five years of service from activation. An optional upgrade gives you 20 memories total for €2 per year, per QR, renewing automatically.

We deliver in Slovenia for €4 per order. The carrier estimate is 3–5 days after dispatch, rather than from the order date. Contact support for dispatch information.

Eligible standard pins have a 14-day withdrawal period after delivery. The change-of-mind right does not apply to genuinely personalised pins. Your rights for defective or incorrect goods still apply.
