Send a content report
Email support@mymemorylog.com with the subject Content report. Include the exact gallery or file URL, identify the item concerned and explain why you consider it illegal or harmful. Include relevant context and your name and email address so we can respond. For reports concerning sexual abuse or exploitation of children, a name and email address are not required.
Confirm that the information in your report is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief. Do not download or attach illegal material. A precise link and explanation help us locate and assess it.
The email link below opens your email application. You must send the message to submit a report. We aim to reply within 24 elapsed hours. Report an immediate threat to the relevant emergency service.
Review and response
We review reports according to applicable law and our content rules. We may ask for enough additional information to identify the issue. Where required, we acknowledge a report, explain the decision and available redress, and give the affected uploader reasons for a restriction. Contact support if you wish to challenge a decision.
If the issue is access to or erasure of your own personal data, you can also use the privacy-request channel. A gallery subscription or renewal is not required to report content or exercise privacy rights.
